Oh Frank! Whatever you do, don't lose your temper. If you do, the court will not even listen to you. Aren't there organisations to help fathers in this situation? Also, remember that your children do still need you so don't do anything rash. Good luck and keep your dignity at all costs even though the system is stacked against you.

Good luck, Frank. My advice would be don't lose your cool. This would play into the hands of your ex-wife and the state functionaries. It is a long game you are playing, and there will be more duels to come. And remember, tug of war children are wiser than their years and see more than adults give them credit for. They no doubt already know the score.
